CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at The Elite Retreat, we will do everything we can accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Your appointments are very important to us and your appointments are reserved especially for you, and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we do respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients waiting on our cancellation list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. 

We send out 48 hour reminder text messages /emails when you have given us your phone number at booking because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. (Please note, it is your own responsibility to remember your dates/times to avoid fees)

Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give 48 hours notice that you will not make your appointment.

- Less than 48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of your reserved service amount

- Less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 80% of your reserved service amount

- Same day cancellations or 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability  and keeps our team members schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
